Creo Products Customer Service and Promotional CD-ROMs
Project Overview
Developed 2 cross-platform (PC and Mac) CD-ROMs for Creo Products, Inc.
One was a customer service CD-ROM that was distributed to Creo's existing customer base.
The other was a promotional CD-ROM used by Creo's sales staff as a marketing tool to help promote the company.
Each of the CD-ROMs incorporated digital audio, video, graphics and text while the customer service CD-ROM contained a searchable FAQ database of over 200 commonly asked questions to help facilitate service to the customer.
